I finally got Kubuntu 6.10 to wirelessly connect to my home network. I just went to Panera to try there system. I could see the Panera site in wlassistant, but could not connect.
I went into K-menu----System Settings---Network Settings and logged into the Administrator mode. I did not see how I could add a second "Available Network Interface" to the menu.
I expect the fix is quite basic.
