services and run level - admin tool

    Hi everybody.
I don't know if it's really a bug, maybe I'm just missing something...but I'm new to Kubuntu, and I didn't find a graphic tool to administrate run levels and related services.
At the moment, the only way to get something started at run level X that worked for me was to add a link in /etc/init.d/rcX.d.
Many other distros have graphic tools for this stuff. Doesn't (K)Ubuntu have one?

    Thanks in advance.

lol, you could also use system services option from either kcontrol under system administration or from systemsettings (if you are in breezy), it's much more easy than rcconf, this also show you some information about what this service do etc...
          cheers!
