Hello-Hello How to report a bug when apport fails?

I read all the instructions, but none works here: It is a screwup of the desktop (I guess kde-window-manager), but
    ubuntu-bug kde-window-manager
tells me, it is not a ubuntu package. True.
    Same applies to apport....

    So, how?

    I'll put it here, then:

Running 4.3.4, netbook, I find all widgets that I put on the desktop as unmovable/unremoveable, not resizeable, and partially non-working.
See the screenshot as attached. There is no way to right-click the clock, no way to move it. Lancelot does not react neither to anything. I do have an idea how it is supposed to work, since I do the same on my normal desktop, not with the netbook edition.
Whenever I add a widget, any widget, the size remains fixed, it cannot be moved/sorted. And the display is screwed up, at times, like the clock. mouse-over works, though, displaying the date.
At times, items from the 'launchpad' at the top disappear, individually or in groups.

    About PPA bugs

I think that this is valid for the Kubuntu PPA (4.3.4 is from the PPA not from the Ubuntu)

    ...So I'd very much like
to have a policy on what kind of support we provide for PPA
    installations...

I think we need a place for people to file packaging bugs for the PPAs.
Some of these will be backport specific, but some will need to be fixed in
the development release. These bugs should not go in Launchpad against
    regular Ubuntu packages.

I did go that far. I guess you haven't check that link yourself, it states 'go here if you want to file a bug to help the developers'. And once you click it ('malone'), it says 'this is NOT to file any bugs'.

      Dead-end road.

... and if you read the whole thread, you will find answer (links) to your question:

        Filing bugs at Launchpad.net

If for some reason you cannot file a bug through the Apport tool you can file one via Launchpad. When doing so please...
