A thread from the > Kubuntu-devel > Filing Bugs in Kubuntu

    > Blueprint: Kubuntu's bug triage policy for >= Lucid
Revise Kubuntu's bug triage policy to become more efficient by reducing the amount of bugs piped through and tracked in LP.
    > Kubuntu Specs Lucid Bug Triage Policy
This specification defines what the bug triage policy for Kubuntu Lucid and future versions is.
    > Bugs/HowToTriage
In a hospital, triage happens the instant a patient arrives through the emergency room doors. His vital signs are checked, his status assessed, and he gets sorted in amongst all the other patients waiting for treatment.

Bug triage is a lot like that as we assess bugs to determine whether or not they have enough to be worked on and assign a priority to them as soon as possible. Without any risk of death...

    Reporting Bugs

Medibuntu has its own Launchpad page to report bugs and request features and other enhancements. To report a bug found in any package distributed with Medibuntu, file a bug report at https://launchpad.net/medibuntu/+filebug.

This is KDE's bug tracking system which files details of wishes, bugs and crashes reported by users and developers...

For ubuntu, the official bug reporting seems to be at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu
But there does not appear to be an equivalent place for Kubuntu.

What's more, YOUR PROBLEM IS PROBABLY NOT A BUG!

Unless you are a VERY experienced user, your problem is the result of a failure to communicate, either by the documentation developers with regard to how to use the application, or by the folks here at the forum by not being more clear about how to solve the problems that people often encounter.

If you think your problem REALLY is a bug, describe the problem; the steps you took to resolve it, and what results you got for each attempt you made.
