Mouse theme

I select the kubuntu mouse theme, but some aplication (mozilla) don't use this setting.
How can I set the kubuntu theme for all aplication.

yeah, I have seen this, Some application uses their own icon set, so you can't set a single icon theme for every application, though there are workaround like this http://kubuntuforums.net/index.php?t...sg2617#msg2617
