Blank screen when booting; shift-alt-f1 back to f7 fixes

    I have no idea what "Strg-alt-F1" means, but CRTL-ALT-F7 will return you to the graphical desktop from CRTL-ALT-F1. Rarely, your GUI could be on CRTL-ALT-F8 but try F7 first.

      Thank you Mountain Man and oshunluvr.
      I can go from tty screen wide terminal to blank screen with ctrl-alt-F7 and from blank screen to tty screen wide terminal with ctrl-alt-F1 (At the begining I thought, that nothing changes because, there are few changes from tty screen wide terminal to blank screen). I can no longer have a graphical desktop wether with the generic nor with the recovery. I might have to install Kubuntu 17.04...
      (And sorry strg means ctrl auf german)
