I'm totally new to Kubuntu. I've been using it for just a couple of days although I've used Unity, Xfce, and Lxde in the past few years.
My laptop is a Dell Inspiron with an i3 processor, integrated graphics and 8GB RAM. It's running the Kubuntu desktop fairly decently. (The laptop originally came with Ubuntu 16.04 pre-installed to which I added kubuntu-desktop.)
I have a lot of questions which I'll try to post in the relevant sub-forums once I get sufficient posting privileges.
