KMail failing to encrypt message using 'Send Later' option

I note several people here use KMail so this caught my eye:

If you tried to send an encrypted message and selected the "Send Later" option, your message may be flagged as encrypted, by it is sent in clear text... Oops...

I don't know if it has been patched yet. The linked post was very recent (today).
Kubuntu 24.04 64bit under Kernel 6.9.3, Hp Pavilion, 6MB ram. All Bow To The Great Google... cough, hack, gasp.

I tested "Send Later" by sending myself an encrypted message. The encryption was intact when I got it back.

    I am running version: 4:17.04.2-0neon+16.04+xenial+build21
My upgrade history show KMail was updated on 6/8/2017:
    kmail (4.04.1-0neon+16.04+build20, 4.04.2-0neon+16.04+xenial+build21) Upgraded at Thu Jun 8 13:48:13 2017

It looks like Neon patched that bug 8 days ago.

Good, better a warning is late than never arrives...
