Extensive comparison of a lot of browsers concerning privacy

Somebody must have had a very masochistic mood, if you look at the amount of tests on https://privacytests.org/
If I understand it well it's an ongoing test. If you click at 'News" you see a history of tests.
And if I understand About well, it's tested in the default settings. I guess most people on this forum (and alike forums) will add extensions, but I'm afraid the great majority of people don't do that.
Anyway, it's a really nice comparison.

I guess it all depends on your state of paranoia and how much advertising bothers you. For me not so much, so I use FF with Disconnect, which just deals with the more malicious ads and tracking https://disconnect.me/ I also delete all my cookies at least once a month.

I'll go out on a limb and state that no browser will ever completely respect one's individual privacy. You can mitigate all day long, especially after the fact, with maintenance and clean-up. The after the fact stuff, is just a minuet too late.

Just be careful about clicking here, or going there, choose wisely in your curiosity, and you'll be fine.
