I saw a cartoon that showed a sign over a door marked "School for Geniuses". On the door was a sign that read "Pull to open". A kid was pushing as hard as he could.

When I reboot, Kwallet ( I detest that thing ) asks for a password. fine do that.
But then the wifi is sitting there spinning and asks for the wifi password.
Spins..
A few seconds asks for the password, I enter it again,
spins
repeat, repeat, repeat
When I right click the wifi symbol, spinning and double click the wifi then it activates.
hmmm

I have had a similar problem with wifi. Before setting the wifi password I disable KDE wallet in Account Details. I then enter the password and make sure there are no spaces where they shouldn't be as I copy the password from a password protected file of passwords. After it is connected, I then have to go to the configure network connections.. spanner and edit the wifi entry. I make it so that all users can connect to this network and I then go to the WiFi Security and if the Password is not there, I enter it again and make it so that Store password for all users (no encrypted) is selected and then save the settings.
I did this because I got frustrated with the spinning wifi and the request to enter the password which in my case was a numeric string of 20 numbers!!!!
LOL my boy the astronomer had that T-shirt and wore it for years!!
