    Due process, as we remember it, has been dead since RICO law went into effect (that's before 1980, as I recall). Even if you're acquitted of the accusation, property seized under RICO won't be returned (generally, it's already been sold by the time the trial for the alleged crime has come to verdict). Good to know the Constitution is still in effect after 225 years, eh?
