      I think Elon Musk is making a good move by doing that.
      Also, I wish our government would get their heads out of their rear and switch from Russia's RD-180 rocket engines to SpaceX's Dragon 9 heavy engines.

        I think its great that a company has decided to deviate from the standard buy-as-many-patents-as-you-can-and-sue-your-competitors-out-of-business business model that so many tech companies have bought into. Open source electric vehicle technology is good for the earth, its good for its citizens and I hope it turns out to be good for Tesla.
