Google adds Google+ Hangout style video-conferencing to Gmail

If you do a group chat it automatically switches your view to the person making the most noise, which I thought was pretty neat.

I don't know if Skype does that too?

Dunno, one on one is how I use it. I have not used Hangouts in a while.

Not news, really, because everyone uses Google to search for pr0n anyway.
