That is very simple, but simple is nice! IMO it needs flavor, but hey, our machine's our ours to totally control!

It's an atomic bomb test. Operation Crossroads has all but destroyed the local ecosystem of the island and made it uninhabitable. It's an incredible photo in my opinion.

Here's my desktop -- Kubuntu 10.4 fully updated and sporting the xplanetFX wallpaper which regenerates a fresh (and accurate) view of the world and its cloud cover every 10 minutes.
