    unless you have added external repos, you would have 4.2.x. you can check by opening an application, going to 'help- about kde' on the main toolbar of the app

        you do need to be using kde4.3, it is present in Karmic's kickoff. Not sure if it's present in Jaunty's kde4.3 version

        I tried and it is available in Jaunty's kde4.3
