I didn't know about this change until a day or two ago, so I thought it worth pointing out. Not sure if it arrived with 6.3.5 or 6.4:
In System Settings > General Behavior you can select "Move if on same device"
This simplifies Dolphin behavior when you drag a file or folder to another location. With this option enabled, it will automatically Move the file or folder without an additional dialog if the target location is on the same file system. If you hold SHIFT while dragging the file or folder, you will get the full options list to select from as before.
Quite a time saver from my point of view.
