[Network] Issue with networkmanager-fortsslvpn via KDE Plasma! Connect but no ping no nothing

I am having issues with networkmanager-fortsslvpn.
In Arch based distros works fine, but in Kubuntu and Ubuntu based distros, doesn't work.
Initialy I was suspected about pppd: Can't execute /etc/ppp/ip-up: Permission denied error, but I saw this very same message in ArchLinux but the VPN works fine.
VPN connect but I can't ping or access the IPs inside the VPN.
With openfortivpn works fine.
But using the plasma-nm doesnt works.
It's seems to be a synthom regard Debian Based distros.
I will appreciated any kind of clue.

The code for this seemingly deprecated plugin is from 2022 or earlier so it may not play nice with newer components
