I just upgraded from Kubuntu 25.10 to 26.04 yesterday night. I'm encountering a few bugs.
The Networks status indicator in the system tray...

Networks system tray status indicator shows as disconnected (little red X) even though it's connected and working.

Intel VAAPI driver apparently is bugged!
A recent update to the VAAPI driver now causes my laptop to lose its IP connection approximately once per hour, and the only way to resolve the issue... -

I am having issues with networkmanager-fortsslvpn.
In Arch based distros works fine, but in Kubuntu and Ubuntu based distros, doesn't work.
