if you deleted it it's gone, you can recreate a new one but going to your home and right click on an empty spot and select create new Create it with this title
Desktop
Note the Capitol D Goo luck.

it does not reate the original Desktop Folder. It creates two folders and it appears on the desktop. I don't want it on the desktop.
          Kind regards,
          Sigurd

Yes, because you deleted it. To recreate it in full you have to add back everything you deleted.

Honestly, I'm unclear what you're asking for. The desktop folder is gone because you deleted it but can be re-created as explained. Where it appears has nothing to do with it's existence. It has to do with your "Desktop Layout" setting. If you choose "Desktop" you get a blank slate to which you can add widgets. If you choose "Folder View" you get the contents of whatever folder you select, and the default is the Desktop folder in your home.

Sounds like maybe you wanted to change your desktop layout rather than deleting the folder.
