I didn't look far enough ahead when I installed 24.04, so I set it up as MBR rather than GPT. Is there a way to convert, or would I do better just to back up all my data, make a list of programs I've installed, and reinstall 24.04 from the beginning, except with GPT? Thanks.

Thanks. I am familiar with that article. Unfortunately, although I can read each word and understand it individually, I cannot make sense of them put together. I am simply not sufficiently advanced to be able to take advantage of Rod's advice. I still think a fresh install is the way for me to go. Thankfully, Kubuntu is far easier to install and deal with than Windows.Comment
