Not necessarily only a Kubuntu or Linux thing, but as I am now on Kubuntu, maybe there is a solution here ...
I have been endlessly annoyed for a long time now by anything (info popups, menus, whatever, but especially menus) reacting to me just moving the mouse over them "on the way" to somewhere else. It must be thousands of times that I clicked on the wrong item in the wrong submenu because that opened without me clicking on it. If there were a way to just globally, i.e. on OS or driver level, disable all mouse-hover events or put a delay > .5s on them, that would be wonderful.
