    Suggested repair: __________________________________________________ ____________

    The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi of
    sdb2,
    using the following options: sdb1/boot/efi
    Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file

    Blockers in case of suggested repair: __________________________________________

    /target detected. Please close the Ubuntu installer, then retry.

    Final advice in case of suggested repair: ______________________________________

    Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS entry (sdb1/efi/****/grub****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message) file) !

    Sometimes this seems to happen in *buntu installs, mainly when it tries to update the grub package by downloading a fresher one.

    Try again, but un-check the ;download updated' option AND make sure you are disconnected from the network, so it doesn't still try and update it anyway.

    boot-repair's 'suggested repair' might work, though if it has to download the files it could just fail again, since grub never got installed to begn with. On a fully installed system, boot-repair's suggestion would work, as you'd have some grub files to work with.
    Your system is not fully installed.
    I'd not mess with boot-repair myself, I would just reinstall without a network connection.
