KDE Partition Manager help file broken?

Anyone else seeing this when attempting to launch the help file from KDE Partition Manager:

I do, here on Neon. The help files do exist, but no idea if this is a badly formed docbook file(s) or the path specified to them is bad - :

<br />/usr/share/doc/HTML/en//partitionmanager/index.docbook

There is no bug report on this on KDE's bug tracker

Just checked on Kubuntu 20.04 and 20.10 VMs - both have same error

It's not that. You can type double slashes (//) or as many slashes as you want in a path.
