    CD-ROM not recognized

I have Kubuntu 5.10 installed in a Mac Mini, with the latest upgrades from all Ubuntu repositories. My problem is that, when I insert a CD-ROM, a Konqueror window pops up saying that the system was unable to open media:/hdb, and I don't see anything in the media:/ folder.

The line about CD-ROM in my fstab file used to be:

    Code:
    /dev/hdb /media/hdb udf,iso9660 user,noauto 0 0
    And I changed it to:

    Code:
    /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom udf,iso9660 user,noauto 0 0
I noticed that the CD is now mounted automatically in /media/cdrom, but that error window about hdb still pops up and the media:/ protol remains empty. Does anyone know how to solve that?

Also, before I upgraded Kubuntu, I was able to see all my HD partitions in media:/, but now he folder is empty. How can I see my partitions again?

    Thanks
