A question how i can put firefox kde support in kubuntu 16.10??

When I upgraded to 16.10 I kept ppalasmazilla/releases for xenial. Firefox installed and worked fine and integration was ok.

I used FF since phenix days, but recently I tried chrome-beta again and did not start firefox since. My experience is based on FF 49: I found chrome-beta more stable, faster and smoother and developer tools worked better than firebug 3. If you do decide to try it, make sure you have these extensions installed: Don't Close Window With Last Tab, Empty New Tab Page, FLST Chrome, Simple Bookmarks and uBlock Origin.
