    Black Screen on Firefox

On the live USB, everything seems normal on my HP Laptop. But on my T61, I seem to have a black screen, but when I mouse around, select areas, open new tabs enough, eventually, I can see the Hamburger menu. If I then go to Preferences > Advanced > and uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available, things seem better.

That is OK if on a permanent install, I wanted FF as a primary web browser, but on the live USB, it is a pain. Any ideas?

This did not occur with today's ISO. If it continues to work, I will mark the thread as solved.

With two additional daily ISOs, it did not recur. How can I mark this as [Solved]

'Thread tools' dropdown menu in upper right of thread > Mark this thread as solved...

It's only enabled as an option on certain boards.

        On #kubuntu-devel & #kubuntu on libera.chat - IRC Nick: RikMills - Launchpad ID: click

That explains why I could not find it. The option is absent (at least for me on this board).
