    Integrity check of a pendrive

    Hello!

I've tried installing Kubuntu 13.04 today, but I couldn't check "properly" the integrity of my pendrive. It just showed me that nice splash screen of Kubuntu, but nothing about what is it exactly checking on my pendrive. And also nothing about if the chech fails or not (if there are errors on my pendrive or not). I tried it with the Kubutu USB creator, usb-imagewriter, Unetbootin, and also from konsole, but the same thing happens...Could you help me?

What "thing" are you talking about? What are you doing to check the filesystem? What filesystem are you using?

You know, when you boot from a flash drive, before the boot logo there is a "mainly" blackish screen, and if you press a button, a menu appears (install Kubuntu, memory check, check DVD for defects...and so on)
I mean the thing that it doesn't show the process of the integrity checking, and nor the finished state (are there any errors on the pendrive). I used FAT32 filesystem.
