12.10 has been released!
But I cannot get it to boot from USB stick on my laptop.
My desktop is too old for USB install, I upgraded that one through from 11.04 to 12.10 Beta.
Will do a upgrade to final tomorrow on that old guy.
As in various alphas it hangs during boot on my laptop with various messages. This one hangs at:

Since there is no more atlernate cd I really don't know what to do with this to get a clean install.
Upgrading is an option, but not a good one.
I need to be able to install fresh versions on different machines, especially friends moving away from windows.
Anybody else see this?
