Can you recommend a good free VPN

I have moved back to Montreal and I am now considering using a VPN to keep my browsing private. Any suggestions for good free VPN's that support linux, windows, Mac OS, Android and Ios?

Free service is hit and miss (probably on purpose ). I plunked down my 40 bucks a year for

They provide a script that will install the openvpn package for Network Manager, if needed, and add all VPN connections they have to it. I have seen no noticeable slowdowns, though I use it mainly for my desktop media center.
