Are the ISO's for installing 12.04 updated?

There have been a lot of updates including newer kernels for 12.04 since it came out. Do you have to use an installer from a year ago (and then wait for a hundred updates to download) or are there more current ISO's with the updates included?

If there are where can I download them?

I believe the most current 12.04 ISO is 12.04.2
