It's all Kubuntu's fault. Man LINUX is the BEST! I actually feel like the computer is actually MINE.

Thanks Jeremy. I'm so picky how things look on Linux. On my old winblows OS I could care less how it looked.

                  Hi...

How do you get compiz to work? I tried enabling the wiggly windows feature and it wouldn't do it.

Do you have Kwin enabled and not Compiz perhaps? In the CCSM (Compiz Config Settings Manager) you enabled "Wobbly Windows?" Other than these two possible ideas, I'm not sure how to fix this. Doesn't sound to difficult however.

                      Hi Eric...

                      Thank you for your help

It turns out that I was able to enable wobbly windows (thank you) by going into the KDE Control Module and enabling it there. There must be some kind of conflict between it and the Compiz settings manager.

@ardvark71 you can onley run 1 or the other at a time (Compiz or kwin) it would appear as though you'r using kwin at the moment!

if you want to play with both install the fusion-icon package .

once instaled it will be in kickoff>applications>system if you run it it will place a icon in the system tray that provides an easy way to switch betwen them (Compiz or kwin) and the window decorator's kde4,GTK,emerald

their will be quirks.........compiz will change some of kwin's setting's .....but you can change back when you switch back
