Fn keys on netbook

I have an Asus Eee PC 1001HA with Kubuntu 10.04 Netbook edition installed. With 9.10 the Fn keys worked but with 10.04 only a couple of them work. Is there any way to add them in System settings, Keyboard and mouse, keyboard shortcuts.

Depends on what the problem is and what you want to do, but Sytem Setting>Input Actions is what you've asked about.
