On which component? Wallpapers? Plasma themes? Decorations? etc etc...

I'm getting it on Wallpapers, Look and Feel, Desktop Theme, and Cursor Theme in my 17.04 (existing, fully dist-upgraded, VM installation).

So gremlins or configuration issue at the server end.

Hmmm, having the same problem. But I think this is not exclusive to Kubuntu and maybe a general Plasma bug?

Reports on various distros said the kde store backend was down earlier.
