I recently installed VMware and it works great. Do I have to register WIndows XP Pro again? I used the same disk I registered for my laptop.

If not, then yeah, you'll have to reregister.
Oh, and BTW, you only get a limited number of reregs, thanks Microsoft! Be sure to back up that keyfile. Since you're in a VM, the "hardware" XP thinks it's running on will always be the same and that file will always work.Comment
