    Truncated dialogs... at 1024x768?

In some places in the GUI, the bottom of a dialog will be chopped off. I have a 19" monitor set to 1024x768. There is no way to reach OK / Apply / Cancel buttons in some dialogs without changing to a much higer res and then changing back. Any way to avoid this?
I was in the system settings. Network settings, I think.
I did some customizing like changing fonts, but nothing beyond 10 point. My dialogs are not pushed down because I am using something at 30 point.

    Thanks for any insight

The TAB key will move from one button to the next even if you can't see them...

You can move the window so that you can reach the buttons. To move a window "out of the screen", press and hold [Alt], move the mouse over the window in question, click and hold the left mouse key, move it.

IIRC there is a guideline saying that dialogs should be usable at 1024x768. If this happens with default settings as well (default font size etc.), you can file a bug report (if there's none yet).
