I can't find KOffice on my installed 6,06 or anywhere in the downloadable files. Can someone tell me why this is and where I can find it?

Don't ask me why, but for some strange reason Koffice isn't installed by default on Kubuntu. You need to enable the extra repositories - a how to:
http://psychocats.net/ubuntu/sources
then install it with Adept.
Don't forget to install Kontact! It's what Outlook wanted to grow up to be before it's Momma dropped it on it's head.
