    1.Is it safe to delete .deb packages in /var/cache/apt/archives?
    Yes, if you ran out of space and want to recover it. you can do it, just remember you have to download a package if you want to install/reinstall it again. I think it's a good idea to leave them. I have 20gb of / partition so I do it once in a month. type sudo apt-get clean, this will delete all files from /var/cache/apt/archives.


    2.How to remove temporary internet files from Konqueror?
    kcontrol > security and privacy > privacy
