Can Kubuntu run on Rasberri Pi 4?

Does Kubuntu have a ARM version of the OS? Can it run on Pi 4?

There is not an arm install image with Kubuntu, but there are Ubuntu images, as well as no-gui server ones which you could then install plasma on top of.

Not sure how well the KDE stuff in ubuntu has been optimized for Arm, but they *should* work OK, though ymmv. There may be different custom images for the Pi with Plasma that may have better Arm optimizations, but i have not looked.
