Kubuntu boot screen?

OS: Kubuntu 26.04
Kubuntu is installed
Kubuntu is the only OS installed
KDE Plasma ver 6.6.4

Every time I boot my computer I get a strange message. I don't know if this is normal. It displays for 30-60 seconds then displays the normal login screen.

This is the message on a black screen and white text:

>>Checking Media Presence.......
>>Media Present......
>>Start PXE over IPv4.

Is this normal?

Possibly:

The message "Start PXE over IPv4" means your computer cannot find a valid hard drive or USB bootable operating system, so it is trying to boot from your network instead. This usually happens when the boot order is wrong, the USB drive is not formatted correctly, or a virtual machine fails to read the Kubuntu ISO.

Enter your BIOS/UEFI and check the device boot order.

Thanks for your reply. I have done what you suggested. But it still gives me the same message. After about 30-60 seconds I get the normal login screen, and I am able to login. The computer works fine.
Thoughts?

This will depend on your BIOS here, as this looks to be specific to that and not the OS.
You may want to see if you can disable PXE boot unless you use it. The boot order still appears to be wrong, as your board is trying to boot over the network first before moving on to the next boot item.
