missing/broken gtk modules?

installed floorp browser from flatpak but it doesn't open. tried to run it with $ flatpak run one.ablaze.floorp and got Failed to load module "colorreload-gtk-module" and Failed to load module "window-decorations-gtk-module".
tried (re)installing kde-config-gtk-style with $ sudo apt install kde-config-gtk-style, told me it was already the newest version (4:5.27.12-0ubuntu0.1)

on kubuntu 24.04.4 lts and kde plasma 5.27.12

the desktop file that is created when i install the floorp flatpak from discover shows the program as /usr/bin/flatpak and the command line arguments as run --branch=stable --arch=x86_64 --command=floorp --file-forwarding one.ablaze.floorp @@u %u @@

when i run this in a terminal /usr/bin/flatpak run --branch=stable --arch=x86_64 --command=floorp --file-forwarding one.ablaze.floorp @@u %u @@

i get the the following in the output but the web browser launches just fine
