If you have copied text output that contains formatting (colors, highlighting, etc.), please do not enclose it in QUOTE or CODE tags. Just right-click your mouse and choose "Paste Without Formatting" or similar (Paste as plain text).
click on the Disks & Devices icon in the system tray an open up the configure interface.
you should find a list of all your attached storage devices where you can pick and choose which ones to have appear in dolphin (and the rest of your DE).
in dolphin you will find these mounted for your under /media where you save them to places, bookmark them or use them as the source for file widgets you place on the desktop.
you can even assign your ntfs windows desktop to be your linux desktop folder by right clicking on the desktop and assigning your windows folder to the dialog box.
i have a panel with folder view widgets that take me directly to my windows folders in dolphin
read/write access is perfectly functional, but i would not recommend trying to run .exe files from an NTFS file system as the permissions structure is not set up for that.
