If by "control bar" you mean a panel (you can have several, up to 4 per screen), you just have to work out a command to start Vivaldi with your chosen profile. (With firefox it's firefox -P profile). Check it out using a konsole, possibly using vivaldi --help.
I would then suggest using the menu editor (right click the K menu) to make an item that runs that command. Then, drag it from the menu to the panel. I make this suggestion because menu items stay put, but items in a panel or widgets, or the panels themselves, are easily deleted.Regards, John Little
