Most drivers are built-in to the kernel. Not all mind you, but most.
There is a driver manager in System Settings that handle some things that benefit from proprietary drivers, such as nvidia graphics cards.
What device do you need a driver for?
Which Kubuntu release are you using? This matters as the different kernels would provide some differences in hardware support and drivers.

My main issues are lag, I get it a lot when I'm trying to game. Even have an issue where my KB wouldn't type out anything. I was looking into drivers being the issue.Comment
