Hello, I have just installed Kubuntu and one problem I saw was that when I open Firefox, the Firefox icon next to the mouse pointer does not have a special animation. What is the problem?

It isn't a problem, necessarily. Do the others bounce?
I *think* it may be an artifact from being containerized (aka Snap packaging)
