    Kubuntu 22.04 - Balanced volume

I've been using Kubuntu 22.04 for four days as a beginner in Linux and so far I like it.
Coming from Windows that had Loudness in Realtek that I used for years to have balanced volume - loud volume and slow volume to be balanced, I want to have this setting on Linux as well. I found PulseEffects which has Loudness Compensator. What would be the optimal values for Input and Output? Can you help me thanks?

That can't be answered objectively, as individuals preference have to be taken into account. Just make and test out adjustments until "you" are satisfied.
