Hello,

My father asked me to let him use my desktop. He could not login because he did not know my password correctly and powered of my machine (not shutdown, just simply power off).
So after that when I boot I get a weird screen with some instructions. But I do not really know what to do.

This is just a spammer who can't even spam right.

i.e. has copy/pasted from this thread to try to look legit, but failed on whatever spammy purpose that served. Most likely did not insert the spam link they meant to.
