I fixed the problem. I am not sure what was that, something with router and permissions in software on it.

    Here my specs:
    Distro is Kubuntu 22.04
    Code:
    5.19.0-43-generic #44~22.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Mon May 22 13:39:36 UTC 2
    WLAN device Realtek RTL8822CE

What kind of information should I look for in the logs?

    Welcome!

You could tell us your Kubuntu (e.g. Kubuntu 22.04) and kernel version (uname -rv).
Perhaps additionally your CPU type and version.

What is the make and model of your WLAN device? nmcli | head 3

    Some thoughts

You could monitor your WLAN device e.g. by sudo watch -n 1 cat /proc/net/wireless (press "[Ctrl] [c]" to exit).

You could also check your log files with journalctl (see man journalctl) or monitor them with journalctl -f (press "[Ctrl] [c]" to exit).

started a topic [RESOLVED] WiFi is not working well

    WiFi is not working well

I installed Kubuntu on Huawei Matebuk D16. The Wi-Fi module works very strangely - the connection is established well, the signal is excellent, but the speed is below 100Kb / s for some time (about 10 minutes). I used win 11 and everything worked fine. It is observed after turning on or waking up from sleep. Everything is fine with the router - other devices work well. Please help, this is the first time I've encountered this problem. I can provide all the necessary data - just tell me what.
