Update kde themes via apt

kubuntu 22.04
i installed new kde global themes, i usually update my system with apt, but kde themes doesn't appear on apt, only using discover. Is there some way to update kde themes via apt?

No, not with apt.

Apt is for Ubuntu specific packaging from Ubuntu software sources, while the theming comes from the KDE Store, and is a different system altogether.

There is not a command line interface to do this currently.
