Change color of text in the active window's titlebar?

I've managed to use Ubuntu Mono as the font for text in the titlebar but how can I change the color of the text as well?

    Here's partial output of inxi
    Code:
    System: Host: aes-3567 Kernel: 4.4.0-81-generic x86_64 (64 bit)
Desktop: KDE Plasma 5.8.7 Distro: Ubuntu 16.04 xenial
I'm using Breeze Dark which I modified to "Breeze Dark 2" when I changed the titlebar font.

If I need to provide more information, please tell me what that should be.

    Thanks!

In the attached image, I'd like to change ".bashrc -- Kate" to a bluish color matching the color of the menu items.

    Oops!

I had to select Breeze Dark2 to get the color I set. Now things are sorted.
