I've been trying to get a distro with KDE Plasma installed on my ThinkPad A475 with AMD A10 CPU and R7 graphics. I first tried KDE Neon 5.23, which installed and ran great, but the laptop would not sleep or power off at shutdown. I then tried Kubuntu 21.10, but now all I get is a black screen with intermittent flashes of static once the gui loads.
I imagine this is a driver issue, but I'm lost as to what to try.
